shipping rates
our shipping rates are calculated based on your location. you can view the shipping costs at the checkout before completing your purchase.
we offer the following shipping rates:
- free shipping within 1-3 working days for all orders (limited to limassol and nicosia)
- free next day delivery for orders above 49€ (whole island, eu part / sundays excluded)
- 9.99€ next day delivery for orders below 49€ (whole island, eu part / sundays excluded)
estimated delivery time
we strive to get your candy delights to you as soon as possible. the estimated delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. keep an eye on your order confirmation for specific delivery details.
tracking your order
once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. use this number to monitor the status of your shipment and anticipate its arrival. (only available for next day delivery shipping rate / for standard free delivery we keep you updated via whatsapp/email)
shipping restrictions
while we aim to spread sweetness far and wide, there are some locations we may not be able to ship to due to restrictions. if you have concerns about shipping to your area, please contact our customer support team.If you wish to terminate the Agreement or your cyndy account, you may simply discontinue using our Services.
order changes and cancellations
need to make a change or cancel your order? contact us as soon as possible. once your order is processed and shipped, modifications may not be possible.
